We designed the process to be as clear and simple as possible. Here’s your path to a new home.
For the price of a latte, you’re in the running. Select a single entry, a discounted bundle or send in a postcard for a free entry.
Complete your purchase through our secure checkout, powered by Stripe. Your payment information is always safe, and your entries are officially in the running.
When the timer on the property runs out, the entry period closes. A winner is then chosen through a verifiably random drawing conducted by an independent third party.

Your trust comes first. If the escrow target isn't met by the deadline, no drawing takes place. You are in control and can choose a full refund or other options selected at checkout.
